Homemade 3-cheese macaroni and cheese baked with a crumb topping. 

*Optional:  Top with your choice of smoked brisket or pulled pork for an additonal $2.00 per serving. 

Potatoes, bacon, celery, green onions, egg, bacon  and dill relish blended in a creamy homemade dressing.

Fresh cheese tortellini with grape tomatoes, sweet red & yellow pepper, cubed ham*, cubed cheese*, artichoke hearts, green onions and parsley.  Tossed with homemade pesto vinagerette.

Homemade funeral potatoes filled with bacon, cheese, mild green chile, green onions, and topped with your choice of brisket or pulled pork, crispy fried onions and BBQ Sauce.

Creamy Yukon Gold mashed potatoes loaded with butter, cheese, sour cream, bacon and green onions.

Sweet buttered baby corn and fresh jalapenos blended in our own special cream sauce.  Crispy, sweet, buttery and creamy!
