Helen Lindsey has deep southern roots and has created some of the best desserts I have ever eaten.   I was fortunate to have her as my mother in law for many years. 

This one is my all time favorite.... and the only pecan pie I will eat.  Sweet, but not over the top like some others, baked in homemade 9" deep dish shell.

This is an exceptionally beautiful and DELICIOUS (and large) holiday dessert!!  

Ten layers of crisp, buttery, cinnamon pastry, filled with sweetened fresh whipped cream and shaved chocolate.  Then topped with chocolate whipped cream, fresh raspberries and chocolate shavings.         * * Serves 12-15+

This Award Winning 10" torte is made with a variety of baking apples in a sweet cream filling and baked on top of a buttery, cinnamon crust.  To finish off this amazing dessert, it is topped with homemade walnut cinnamon streusel and  caramel.  

This is best served room temperature or cold, and so is an excellent choice year round.

Creamiest and dreamiest coconut cream pie ever!  This was Martin's favorite!  Fresh made with heavy cream, butter and freshly toasted coconut all in a flaky handmade crust.  It may have coconut, but it is no "Diet Pie"!
